lovely location close to shops, restaurants, theatres and sea front. the apartment is very well furnished and spotlessly clean

great bath but the shower not the best because of low ceiling

Immaculate house and great location. Friendly and helpful host. Parking was £2 a day and plenty of places outside on the street, even on a bank holiday weekend. Kitchen was well stocked with every we needed.

The house had lots of stairs and very low ceilings in the bedroom which I kept banging my head on but the place was perfect in every other way so would happily stay again and recommend to others unless stairs and low ceilings are an issue.

It was a comfortable room and they kindly gave me a free room upgrade. I don't have anything bad to say about the facilities.

Location was excellent, and value for money was very good. Great aircon which was used. Overall the facilities were very good and the staff helpful and friendly. Had a larger LCD tv which was handy.

The on-street parking wasn't great but this isn't a deal breaker as you don't have to walk too far and also the street parking was free.

Great location. Light bright accommodation with big picture windows, very clean. Nice room to sit and relax and people watch whilst dog was resting! Roadside parking. Beach and town centre within easy walking distance.

Covid precautions were not good. Social distancing at check in was not adhered to and staff did not reinforce - people without masks, not keeping to the spacing. No hand sanitisation at shared doorways. As my wife has been shielding, this was a major concern for us - the reason we chose this accommodation was because it was self contained and we did not expect to be sharing space let alone a a door with others. Lack of cooking utensils - no spatula or knife but otherwise good. Teatowels a nice touch. Bed clothes crumpled - clean but not ironed. Bedside light on one side only, could do with another. Table wobbly - required us to stick something under to avoid spilling drinks To access Sky or the lock box, additional money must be paid. £50 deposit on arrival and £10 A NIGHT for a dog - not advised of this advance. We are still waiting for our £50 to be refunded two weeks later. Only one key when 2 people staying. Minor issues, but this accommodation wasn't cheap.

Location perfect, 2 min walk to beach, equipment in room Was good, handy to have a washing machine for beach towels, almost needed for nothing, very quiet, very clean. Hot weather so air con was a fabulous bonus. Very pleasant and friendly staff on check in, adhering to all COVID regs in these uncertain times

Nothing major just a few tweaks and niggles. Loose floor tiles, bed against the wall so had to climb in from bottom or other side, low flow shower, limited cutlery, described and payed for delux room but would say it was just a standard room, price on booking .com for an extra night was highly expensive. Parking limited but we were lucky. But despite the above would stay again.

Not sure I got the room I paid for, staff didn't know which rooms where free.

It was in a great location, and it was very clean and tidy. The staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel comfortable.

The TV would not connect to the WIFI even though it said it was available, as well as this it stated that they had car parks when there was no parking spaces available outside of the hotel as you had to fight to get a place in the strip of road that was there, and so we ended up parking around the corner away from the hotel.

The location to the sea and local shops was great!

Easy to get too. Quiet at night, did not hear like you do in some hotels people moving around, toilets flushing and plug noises from other rooms. Spacious. Kitchen had all you needed and well laid out in cupboards. Shower controls incorporated into shelf which was handy and not seen before. Considering near centre of Eastbourne our view outside at back had buildings a long way away across a wide grass area so didn’t feel overlooked .

Some floor tiles cracked. Lots of stairs and fire doors because of layout.
